Coffee Beverage Testing and Analysis
One was a coffee roaster that needed a Microbiology Laboratory for Monthly Quality Control Testing of their finished bags of roasted coffee beans. The Microbiology Laboratory needs to perform testing for Bacillus cereus, carbamates, Clostridium Perfringens, ochratoxin, organophosphate pyrethroid, pyrethroid, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and thermotolerant coliforms.
The other request was from a West Coast beverage manufacturer of cold-brewed coffee products for their coffee beverages. They need a FDA GMP Laboratory for stability testing of their brewed coffee product, as well as 5 different blends of the whole beans.
