FDA Restaurant Food Menu Labeling Guidance Testing
On September 11, 2015, US Food and Drug Administration’s Director of the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition released a statement on the Release of Menu Labeling Guidance. This draft guidance will help companies to comply with the menu labeling final rule. The final rule will require certain restaurants to include the number of calories on the menu.
